It banned smart glasses to stop secretsecret/ˈsiːkrɪt/L1秘密something that you do not tell other people filming. Anyone wearing them must leave the show, and the glasses have a small cameracamera/ˈkæmərə/L1相机a device that takes pictures or videos. People can touch them to film others in secret. The guests are famous people from movies and books. They did not like the secret filming because it was not private.
Some people liked the new rulerule/ruːl/L1规则a statement that says what you can or cannot do and did not want to be on a video without asking. But other people were worried because some people cannot see well and need the glasses to walk. The ban will make it hard for them and stop them from going to the show.
