Fewell acknowledges the annoyance but highlights wealth creation: median household income has risen 25% to $75,000 in 2024. He dreams of bringing the parish's youth back, offering high-paying jobs without needing to leave home. For a community nearly emptied two decades ago, LNG may be the engine of its revival.
